my entertainment voucher was telling me that it had expired and it hadn't. Had a devil of a job getting help from NOWtv operatives. But i found by using a browser that i do not usually use i was able to get through to live chat, and spoke with a wonderfully helpful person called Kajajl who resolved my problem for me and was exceedingly respectful and cheery, worth wasting nearly 2 hours of my time trying to sort my problem
