change package

I'm currently paying £35 a month for broadband and phone - how do I swap to a cheaper package, if there isn't anything Sky is cheaper and offer TV included.

The forum is mainly used by customers and you will be better off giving the NowTV Broadband Team a call.

 

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged in on here.

 

Click on the Moving Home section until a telephone number appears on screen.

 

The moving home number is the same number for all general NowTV Broadband & Telephone enquiries.
