cant add a voucher to cinema membership

I have a code for a year of cinema. for some reason it wont let me add it to my account. i added other passes fine for sports etc. just cinema not working. not sure if its because we had a deal at £1.99 for 6 months that i am stopping early to use a voucher. 

any help appreciated

That's exactly the treason you won't be able to apply the voucher to your cinema membership. You will need to "cancel" or let it run out and expire. Then you can apply when the next "billing" cycle would be,

You could try jumping onto live chat and speak with staff to see what can be done. Although you do have a great deal that I have never had ☹️ haha
