Works on iPhone not on tv

Can anyone help? I signed up for a free 7 day trial on my iphone and it works. Now I’ve signed into my account on my smart tv and it doesn’t have any way of viewing anything without a pass?

Which version of the 7 day free trial did you sign up too (was it an Entertainment, Kids or Hayu pass ) ?

 

Are you using a Youview Box or a White Nowtv box (if it's a Hayu 7 day trial) ?

 

Where if you are using a Youview box, the entertainment, kids or Hayu free trial or full blown passes will not be available to watch on the Youview Platform.

 

Where the Hayu Free trial or Hayu pass is not available on the older white NowTV box.

 

Or are you using an LG or Samsung Smart TV with the native NowTV App inbuilt into the television smart platform (not external box).
