Why can't I accept an offer?

Hi, I want to cancel Sky Sports, but was shown an offer for a further two months for a reduced price. I've tried to accept this three times now but it says 'Well this is embarrassing, try again later'. This is no good to me, I want to accept it now! Otherwise I'll have to cancel.

I can't get in contact with anyone about it, nothing is working.

Not sure what to do. Thanks.

@Anonymous User take a screen shot of the offer as proof it exists. Then jump on live chat, explain the issue and ask them to apply the offer to your account manually from their end. Live chat in the link below.
