Why am i still a combo customer???

I would like to know why I'm still a combo customer when I know longer have broadband with you? I received an offer for a months sky sports + Ruiz vs Joshua fight and am now being told that I'm not eligible to receive a voucher for the boxing because I'm a combo customer even when I don't have broadband???

 

Can someone please deal with this as the live chat is being extremely unhelpful and are refusing to do anything about. Basically just saying "meh... nothing we can do, sorry".

 

This is incredibly poor customer service and I feel in incredibly let down. The support I've received from Now TV customer service has until now been excellent but this is massively disappointing.

It is worth trying to call the broadband team, they might be able to sort out your account that way? Agreed Live chat is very hit and miss, usually depending what you are on for it can be a painful experience.  

Even Netflix has a call center!
