Where's my pass. I can't get in touch with anyone.

I completed my 7 day trial last night, upon cancelling, I was asked repeatedly did I want to stay, and afterwards for £5 for 6 month. I decided to say yes for entertainment. And I don't know what happened. It's gone. And there seems to be no help. Tia x
