I recently brought the Sky Sports Week Pass on the 22nd of December which came with a Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass at no extra cost for 4 months. On the email it said it would be applied to my account within 10 days. However, 10 days have now passed and I still have not received my mobile pass?
Why is this the case?

If the 10 days have surpassed and there is no free 4 month mobile pass showing when you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here then see if live chat can sort you out.
