What voucher should I redeem first?

On https://account.nowtv.com/passes/my-vouchers

 

I have two cinema passes for 2 months each

I have two sports day passes

 

They look identical, but I obviously put them on at different times. I am led to believe they all last for 12 months.

 

How can I redeem the one I added first?

Do we think they might be stored in chronological order of addition?

 

In which case, you should take the top one

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
