What’s going on

I signed up for broadband for 12 months, I was given 5 passes. 3 x free for 3 months and 2 x half price for 12 months

i cannot apply any of them as it still show I will be charged in November.

can also not get boost!!

I have been with now tv for 5 years and never had these issues before, the people on chat are about as much use as a chocolate teapot


someone please help me
