Well, this is embarrassing… We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer agai

Every time I try and take up an offer I keep getting this error message - "Well, this is embarrassing… We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer again."

 

Tried in Chrome & Edge

 

Have tried clearing cache & cookies.

 

Any suggestions?

Which offer are you trying to take up ?

 

Are you on an existing offer with less than 30 days remaining ?

 

Are you a BT TV Customer and your NowTV passes are paid directly via BT ?

 

Any voucher code at the end of the URL address bar when attempting to purchase the offer (usually the code will start with NOW or SPM and if so try manually entering the code on your account by copying & pasting it).

 

If you are still going around in circles, then see if live chat can assist with the matter.

Thank you.

It turns out that my Card payment details needed updating. It would have
helped if they said that in the error message. 2 minute fix rather than 2
hours on forum and online chat.

All sorted now though. Thanks again
