I'll cut to the chase here. There is nothing wrong with your back-end system or processes...

 

You're clearly trying to delay/overlook the inevitable....

 

I've sent a couple of emails without reply in order to claim a £50 Argos gift card. I've tried over the last couple of days and it still doesn't work.

 

Please can I have my voucher?
