I recently received a 3 month entertainment pass for £1 but every time I go to claim it, it won't go threw , how do you get to talk to someone
I put in my details address card ect but won't accept it for some reason

Have you tried another browser? Deleted cookies and data etc?
Still no luck, expand the 'How to get in touch' dropdown for live chat and that will let you speak with staff.
