Voucher

I signed up for the trial and at the same time added a McDonald’s voucher, it says paid so presumed it would start after the trial. They’re now to charge me when they shouldn’t I don’t think. So not sure what to do?

And what was the pass for, and what are you trying to watch it on?

 

A lot of these passes are Sky Sports Mobile, and can only be watched on a phone.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
