Voucher to use by end March but offer in place so how do I apply it?

NOW have just extended an offer on entertainment which is great, But I have a 6 month voucher to use by the end of March through Confused car insurance. If I cancel the offer will I definitely be able to use the voucher? I'd hate to lose the special offer if this can't be done.

It depends when does your “billing” for the membership come off? 

You could always pop onto live chat and see what NOW staff can do for you? Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green/blue box.

So what you could do mate, is “cancel” your membership. 
Then the following day of the 22nd you can apply the voucher. 

But yeah 9/10 the NOW staff can sort that sort of thing out no problem 🙂

Been trying since yesterday to get through on live chat, but everytime I click the button nothing happens?! Odd, any suggestions?

You can always try another browser, as I know it is picky with browsers sometimes. 

 

Alternatively you can drop customer support an email, address in the below picture.
