I purchased a voucher for 6 months Entertainment but when applied it only shows 2 months. The seller has sent me details of the pass and it does say 6 months. Any suggestions as I cannot get in touch with NOW directly.

Hi Jac
Now TV are highly unlikely to accept that the faulty pass is their problem and so not offer you a solution. You see, under UK consumer law it is the retailer's responsibility to replace the item or refund your money.
So I would suggest you go back to the retailer for a refund or replacement pass, which is what I had to do when I recently bought a faulty pass.
