Voucher renewal date is incorrect

Hi Guys 

I need some help here as trying to contact Now TV is just not possible. I started off with a trial offer and then got the 12 month cinema voucher with the same account. Although I can use the service now but my accounts saying that I need to renew my pass after a month. I am worried that they will charge me monthly due to incorrect details despite i have paid in advance.

Hi @Anonymous User, The best place to check your next payment is by using a pc or tablet (as the app on the NowTV box or stick can’t seem to get it quite right). Using a pc or tablet you should be able to see the next payment date and that it shows an amount of £0.00. If this is so, no worries.
