Voucher not applied

I bought and paid via PayPal a £3.99 /month for 3 months movies package but it hasn't been applied. I can't apply it biut i have the transaction id

Any ideas?

Do you currently have an active offer on your account for the cinema membership?


On your account, does it show "Your offer starts on DD MMM YYYY"



FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

An authorised reseller, I hope….

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
