I bought a 2 month cinema pass from amazon (arrived Monday) and when I enter the code I get the message "this was a limited offer and you missed out this time". I have tried live chat 3 times and each time have a lost connection. I was advised to use firefox browser to enter the code but this did not work either. Can anyone give advice regarding this please?
