Voucher code not recognised

I have just tried to redeem a 6 month entertainment voucher from 

I logged in (I had a previous trial, but no full membership) and added the code, which was accepted,  as were my bank details.  When I then tried to  get further,  (by adding a device),  it said I hadn't got a pass. So I tried to add the code again,  but it was not recognised.  

I then changed my bank details,  as the card expires in July and I thought maybe that was why, but I still can't get things sorted. 

Can anyone help?
