Great.
I abroad on holidays and what happens the voucher code I havent used, gets started. So why would I want it if I cant use it.
You go round and round in circles to contact some one. Of course "Contact" dosen't work.
You put it on the forum and they congratulate you. My god.
Will someone put some common sense on this site.

I actuall got a reply from NowTV. The first reply was a classic "cut and paste" word processor job.
After asking what they meant, the second reply made sense. There seems No communication Skills what so ever.
Everything is just hard work with them.
Now, having expierenced this hicup and reading this forum I have losted all confidence with this company and may go for Netflix. Without even using the 2 month bundle given with the Now TV box purchased from Currys.
I will probably be awarded a gold star just for putting this on the forum.

Now TV has apologised for implementing this "automatic pass" policy and have withdrawn it.
