Put on a vodaphone rewards code yesterday. Suppose to have 2 months cinema pass @ £1 per month. It's taken 10p out of my bank account. Now tv keeps saying 'I need a pass'. I've already put the pass in. I cant believe there's no customer services, just a robot. Help!!
Firstly i am not familiar with this latest Vodafone / NowTV offer.
The NowTV Bot is not the live web chat service, where the Bot is an automatic software system that helps customers find the relevant help articles on the NowTV Help Centre of their website.
To reach live chat you need to open a help topic article where there is a Get in Touch Button usually on the RHS of the help article screen page.
See if this link works for you, where if you click on the small green arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button, then click the green button to start web chatting with a now TV adviser.
