Vodafone

I have recently had to purchase a 'free trial' voucher to access Now TV which apparently is included via my Vodafone package. I followed the link on their website to add this to my bill but was still asked for the payment details at the checkout stage. Vodafone have been less than helpful. Can anyone help me please so I won't be charged additionally?

Hi, I can confirm that it is possible to be charged twice, i have just noticed on my bank statement that i have been paying for the last 12 months as well as having the Vodafone pass applied to my account. Justr trying to work out who to start the complaints process with?
