Out of curiosity do you have any other NowTV supported playback devices and if so does the entertainment pass play on them ?
After you installed a new fresh NowTV App on your phone, have you tried switching the power off on your phone fully, then restart the phone then sign back into the App with your nowtv account details on here which you said is showing an active entertainment pass from Vodafone.
