Using vouchers

I’ve a free voucher but can’t apply it to my account I’ve emailed Now but have not had a reply

It is possible that you have an existing offer on the specific membership, which you to cancel and let expire. Otherwise jump on live chat.

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
