Using sports mobile offer

Hi everyone, I have been given a 5 month pass to Sports mobile by now , which is great!

In the email from now it says I should simply download the NOW TV app on my phone and then I can start watching! I have tried this, desperate to watch the test match today!! However it tells me that that I need to have a membership to watch.

Looking at my account, it does show the Sports mobile membership has active.

Any ideas gratefully received... not least as the match starts at 11!

 

( the problem may be that my mobile is not one of my registered devices. However in order to to register a device I think I have to start watching Now TV on it. And of course I can't do this as the only membership I have is the mobile Sports one. Is this likely to be the problem?)

@Anonymous User there are only 5 channels included with the mobile pass and the cricket channel isn't one of them!

 

Off the top of my head you get Premier League, Arena, Action, News and Racing.

 

Try one of those channels and see if they activate.

Hi, I was offered 8 months mobile pass on buying a day pass, this worked for a short while but I can no longer use and not even half way through the 8 months

When you go to My Account > My Membership on here, what does it show for the Mobile Sports Membership ?

 

Also make sure your bank card details are up to date.

 

If everything looks in order maybe try a fresh NOW App download from your smartphone Apps Store, temporary power down the phone and then reboot the phone and sign back in with the NOW account credentials you used with the Mobile Sports Membership.

 

Also make sure you are watching only one of the five permitted Sky Sports channels which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News.

Hi, I did what you suggested. Under my accounts, there is no mobile pass and reinstalling as suggested did not help.

The invoice for the transaction was end of November and daysi should have 8 months free sports mobile, but clearly there is something wrong as it's not showing.

Thank you. Have done the live chat as it's not showing, it seems i had overlapping offers and they did not see that. They are looking into it and hopefully be resolved in a couple of days.
