Normally i would point you to live chat with regards to this matter, but unfortunately live chat is closed for the foreseeable future due to the coronavirus pandemic.
I can only suggest take this up with the retailer you purchased the Gift card from to see if they will give you a replacement or refund.
If retailer won't budge then maybe source another voucher code and when live chat returns back to some sort of normality take it up with them (keep the Gift card and paper or electronic receipt safe when you do eventually get in touch with live chat.)
Once you do eventually get hold of live chat they may refer back to the retailer that sold you the Gift card because the point of sale is with them and not directly with NowTV.
Hopefully live chat will be obliging and sort you out a new voucher code (though i can't guarantee it mind because i don't work for NowTV).
