Im thinking of cancelling my subscriptions for movies and TV. When I'm doing that I get offered a cheaper deal for 4 months which is great but everyone I click ok to accept the cheaper deal I get the "whoops, something went wrong, please try again" message. When trying again I get the same message. It's been like this for about a week. I may just end up cancelling as that is the only other option

Thanks schnapps. Unfortunately the chat person was not very helpful. I guess I will just cancel the services.
