I tried to buy the Sky Sports mobile month pass and website kept saying 'something went wrong, try again later'. So I kept trying with no luck. I then thought I'd try and get a voucher instead, so I bought a voucher and it still didn't work with the same error message.
I contacted online chat help and they checked the details and just said that pass isn't available to some customers and logged off, and that was it.
I've been a Nowtv customer for 3 years and I can't buy a pass? and the website was misleading in making it seem I could potentially get a pass if not for a tech glitch.
I made a complaint, and today the original person I chatted with replied with the same stock answer!
Is this Nowtv's policy to pass complaints onto the person the complaint is about!?
They offered me a day pass for £9.99. Wow, no thanks.

@Anonymous User the mobile pass and weekly TV pass have been discontinued.

Ok... so why are they still offered on the website?
The message I received was "I will like to inform you that at the moment the Sky Sports Week Pass and Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass are not available for all of our customers we are trying to update it and make it available for all of our customers as the specialised team is working on it."
