I have purchased 2 one month entertainment passes. I am unable to activate them. I have contacted customer support who have said the problem is that I'm using a chromebook & chrome browser to apply the code. Does anyone know a solution to this as I do not have access to any other browser.

Is your Chromebook the only device you use and own, where some playback devices such has nowtv boxes & sticks etc where you can add a voucher code directly on them ?
Do you own a Smart Phone ?
Never used a Chromebook, but it's not a nowtv supported device, thou some Chromebook users have had some success watching their NowTV passes on it via the NowTV App from the Google Store.
Also out of curiosity where did you buy the two one month entertainment passes from ?
