I am trying to cancel my Movies pass before the 7 day trial period is over. Despite trying to do so on my phone and laptop using both Chrome and IE, when I click on the 'Passes' page it just comes up with html text and therefore there is nothing I can do. It seems very convenient that this is the only page where there is this issue! This is very frustrating and really does not bode well for wanting to use Now TV again.

yep i have same html error on voucher page.
they say they looking into it.
