I recently used the UNiDAYS voucher for NOW TV to get 50% off of an entertainment deal when joining as a new customer, when clicking on the deal I got redirected to the NOW TV page asking how long we would like the entertainment package. After I had selected 6 months and my bank information was accepted I was sent a confirmation email and a receipt of the purchase. Once I signed in, I tried to watch a show on the entertainment section and it was asking me to start a trial as I was a new customer, so I started the 7 days free trial and it explained to me that I would be charged £7.99 after the trial. This confused me as I had already been charged for the entertainment package. Has anyone else had this problem?
