Welcome to the forum. Do you mean you started a free 14 day trial of ents, movies or kids pass? If so they start automatically and don't need a voucher code. You should see the trial active on your My Account > My Passes page

If you bought a box/stick with a free pass included then the code comes on a card inside the packaging so you'd need to wait for it to arrive.
