Hi, been trying to add my email offer for the Entertainment package, but it keeps replying-
We are having technical problem with vouchers at the moment. Please try again.
This has been going on for the last 4 days, I have tried applying the voucher via my phone, laptop and tablet, I have tried through Google and also crome.
The email offer runs out next week so need to apply as soon as possible.
Can anyone please help, I can't even get intouch with now TV to get help.
