Applied the Tesco Club Card credit to my account but my account won't let me redeem any of it. Anyone else found a solution to this problem?

I can't even apply it to my account. A common issue I see from Tesco clubcard site reviews.
Tried live chat 4 times, the last person said they would escalate it.
Still no further forward,a bit of a shambles.
