Tesco £50 voucher

Hi did anyone actually receive there welcome voucher I got a email to say it will be sent out but nothing ever arrived?

I ordered 2 Nowtv accounts with John Lewis £50 Vouchers but have been passed from Nowtv to money saving expert and back. Seams like some sort of scam. No one taking ownership of voucher distribution. 

Any excuse not to have to supply vouchers- should be reported to ASA.

Hey, no I've spoken to NOW about it twice as well and each time I've been palmed off saying someone will be in touch soon but obviously never hear anything... Can't even get onto web chat this morning to try sort it out.

No i did get mine eventually but i had to do it via the online chat and
within the next few days got it via email so keep trying
