I have been changed from talktalk entertainment boost to NOW and all it keeps coming up with is Sorry having technical problems when I try the link given to me by talktalk..anyone got any ideas please
Would this message be happening when you a trying to redeem the email link offer on your internet browser ?
if so, maybe try a different internet browser or another device with an internet browser on it.
Should the message be happening when using your TalkTalk Youview box, then make sure you are using NOW via the NOW App on the box and you are logged in on the App on the TalkTalk Youview box under the My Account section which you can find on the bottom horizontal grid row on the App Home screen page.
Hi Thank you for your reply. I am afraid I am a complete idiot when comes to technical things🤔 I seem to get as far as on the tv screen it comes up with Email/Username and Password. I am unable to fill these in for some reason nothing happens when I try. And from my talk talk account on line that gives me the voucher when I click on the is when I get NOW is having technical difficulties.
When you get to the NOW App on your TalkTalk Youview box and click My Account, then when it shows the two blank boxes with the username & password press the OK centre button between the up, down right buttons to bring up the on screen keyboard to type in your NOW account information into the boxes.
If you are still struggling and going around in circles, then see if anything in this TalkTalk Help FAQ's can point you in the right direction.
