Stick and one month sports not activating

I bought a package including a "Now TV Stick and one month sport DTH voucherless".  I was rather hoping to watch the Test Match currently underway.

This shows correctly on my purchases.

I have activated the stick, but there seems to be no access to the sports that I have paid for. 

It just says "buy a pass" - but I have one already.. Or redeem a voucher - but this is voucherless.

Any ideas?

If when going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here with the account details you used to setup your new stick and there is either no month sports pass activated on your account or there is no message towards the top of the screen page with a link saying "Vouchers Waiting For You".

Then you need to contact NowTV.

I was able to resolve the issue in 5 mins of online chat with the NowTV team
