Sports pass

  • I’ve bought a new sky sports week pass and tried to activate it and it’s saying the code isn’t recognised. Any ideas?.

@Anonymous User you'll need to contact live chat to double check the code and activate it for you. Live chat is available to some people so if it keeps connecting to the bot keep trying and it should eventually connect. If you get no joy, try emailing

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (without any spaces)

As @Saint1976  has pointed out the email address you can use to drop Now TV an email. An alternative is to fill this form out if you can’t get onto Live chat.
