Sports mobile membership

I purchased a sports day pass that came with a free 5 months sports mobile. The day pass has expired but I cannot watch any of the sports channels on my phone? Says still valid until 25th October but if I click on any sports channel it says that I need to subscribe?

What model smartphone are you using?


Have you tried deleting the NOW App and download a fresh version from your phone Apps Store?


After downloading the App, maybe temporary power down the phone before signing back into App.


Are you using the same login details on your phone Now App has when checking the Mobile Membership is showing on your online account?


I am also assuming you are attempting to watch one of the five permitted channels on a Mobile Membership which is Premier league, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News.

When did you get the day membership? 

As I understand that the mobile membership can take up to 10 days to be sent to you.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
