I took the offer for Sports Day Membership and 8 months NOW Sports Mobile Membership bundle
on 27th October
However - the mobile Membership still has not been activated despite being more than 10 days.
Can someone advise how to activate it?
Have you received an email confirmation about the mobile membership being applied to your account?
Assuming it’s been over 10 days, head onto live chat and find out what’s happening.
Just make sure to click “chat online”.
My assumption was you got the mobile membership after purchasing the day membership and not just after activation.
