I took the offer for Sports Day Membership and 8 months NOW Sports Mobile Membership bundle
on 27th October
However - the mobile Membership still has not been activated despite being more than 10 days.
Can someone advise how to activate it?

Have you received an email confirmation about the mobile membership being applied to your account?
We having same problem
No - only the receipt email stating that it will be applied within 10 days.
Assuming it’s been over 10 days, head onto live chat and find out what’s happening.
Just make sure to click “chat online”.

Spoke to chat - they say the sports mobile will activate 10 days FROM activating Sports day pass?
That correct?
I was hoping to activate the sports day pass for a match day I want to watch later this year

My assumption was you got the mobile membership after purchasing the day membership and not just after activation.
