Sports 8 month pass

Hi

 

My 8 month pass is active, but it won't let use it on my tablet, but fine on my phone, any ideas why not

@Anonymous User it's a mobile pass so will only work on a mobile phone.

In November I got an 8 month sports pass for mobile use, trying to use it today on android keeps saying I need a subscription.

A couple of people over on NOW Twitter have reported this.

 

I am assuming you are attempting to watch one of the five permitted Sky Sports Channels i.e. Premier League, Action (NFL), Arena, Racing (Horses), News ?

 

Have you tried logging out and signing back in on the NOW App or a possible download of a new NOW App from your phone Apps Store, then power down the phone, restart phone and try a sign in on the new NOW App.
