Sports £25 offer

I’m looking to get the £25 sports offer. It says it is for 12 months, does that mean I’m tied into a contract or am I still able to cancel whenever I wanted?

That's the whole point of NOW, no contracts. The only contract you will see with NOW is when you are billed directly through BT.

You can cancel after 3 months and pay nothing more but you will lose out on the discount. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Surely you could cancel after as little as one month, if you wanted to?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
