Special Offer Just for Me not working

I tried to get offer on 3 browsers on 2 different devices, but it says

 

"Well, this is embarrassing. We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer again."

 

No matter how many times I try it won't work.

...because you are already on an offer, you wont be getting that one. I told them it was misleading and they asked for a screenshot of the offer, only to tell me I wasn't getting the offer.

 

But I am not on an offer.  And I have two screenshots on the thread.

I still get the same offer and I keep getting the embarrassing message. Not sure Now TV are that embarrassed. More shameless.
