I tried to get offer on 3 browsers on 2 different devices, but it says
"Well, this is embarrassing. We're not sure what happened there. Please try selecting your offer again."
No matter how many times I try it won't work.
I had same problem and I emailed them, they said because you are already on an offer, you wont be getting that one. I told them it was misleading and they asked for a screenshot of the offer, only to tell me I wasn't getting the offer. So I have now cancelled my passes and I will never be using now tv again.
