Sorry - this was a limited offer and you missed out this time

Hi I bought a voucher from CD Keys for a week of Sky Sports.

 

I had the same issue 2 weeks ago when trying to use a previous voucher when using live chat the representative had to give me another code as the code did not work.

 

I used another browser to no avail.

 

The message I get is "Well, that didn't go to plan

Please wait a moment and try again.

Sorry - this was a limited offer and you missed out this time."

 

Last time I had the same message and the representative found there was nothing wrong with the voucher.

I have been told by a Senior NowTV Staff Member that CDkeys are not an authorised NowTV seller of their Voucher codes, and NowTV will not offer any support if the voucher code doesn't work on your account.

 

So you would need to take this up directly with Cdkeys themselves.

 

I also believe some of the CDkeys voucher codes are for UK customers (just in case you are based in the Republic of Ireland) and it's one promotional voucher code only per an account.

@schnappsThat might explain why the vouchers are suddenly out of stock at CDKeys this weekend. I bought and activated a months sports pass from them for £23.99 last week without issue.
