I am currently on a 2 month Sky Cinema pass. I recently got a promotional code (from Snatch) for a second 2 month Sky Cinema pass. This promotional code expires on the 1st June 2017. My current pass expires after this date, so I would like to know if redeeming the voucher now would cause me to lose my current pass, and start the 2 months from the apply date or whether the pass would follow on and add 2 months to my current pass.
Checked my online banking this morning to find I have been charged £2.99 for the kids pass.
I added a three month Kids Pass nowtv code that I won from Snatch and applied it last week and it confirmed and said the offer would expire 08 August.
Why am I being charged, and when will I receive a refund for the incorrect charge??

Do you see your active 3 month kids pass when you go to your My Account > My Passes page?
If you do see the 3 month pass with the correct end date and you don't see the £2.99 charge on your bills page
then you may be logged into the wrong account and the charge may be coming from a different account that you have. Try logging in with any other usernames you have to see if there is a pass that needs cancelling.
The other Possibility is the voucher didn't properly go through, in which case you should be able to enter it again.

Perhaps my first post wasn't clear. I added a nowtv pass to my account and it accepted as 3 months kids pass for free until 08 August.
I check my bank account, which shows I am charged £2.99 alerting me to the issue. I check my nowtv account and the pass that I added is not showing, despite a week earlier the voucher had been applied successfully. I am in the correct bank account, and in the correct NowTv account.
I can't find live chat, otherwise I would have used it. I could only find this help board.

i have brought a two month cinema pass on ebay the code wont work the bloke i got it from said it is because i redeemed a snatch code for sky sports i havent had sky sports for ages he said tell you the code does not work and deactivate the code and give me a new one is that right

Unless you've purchased your NOW TV voucher pass codes from an authorised vendor/seller, I can't imagine that NOW TV are obligated to help you.
