Skysports voiucher

I received an offer for a sky sports for nine months pass similar to one I'd received last year. I assumed it was a general offer so forwarded the email to a family member who used it.

 

Turns out the voucher was a one off and now I can't use it myself. Is there a way of getting it sent again?
