Sky sports voucher

Brought a month sky sports pass and I don’t  have the voucher code to activate??

Taken the money (obviously) but can’t speak to anyone and can’t watch sky sports!!!!

This is ###### brought sky sports deal not recieved an activation code but happily taken my money...everytime I click on sky sports its telling me to buy another package...

Same problem, and that botchat keeps sending me round in circles. Now tv, I want watch the premiere league. I'm paying for it so please send me an activation code.....
